Cycle Tracking Weekend Intensive

Throughout this 2-day intensive your will learn...

• how to track your fertility patterns with the Sympto-Thermal Method
• how biological markers in your cycle can be used for contraception and conception
• how to engage with your inner seasons in a way that you may never have before!

Once the weekend intensive is complete you will schedule your one-on-one consultations with me...you will get THREE - 3 cycles.
